Every Elmwood urn is made to order. Below is everything you need to know about how we prepare and ship your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

Each urn is made to order.

Most pieces are produced, inspected, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.

Since all products are made and shipped within North America, customers do not pay any customs fees or import duties on their order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We can only make changes before the order has entered production or been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
