If for any reason your urn is not the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Starting a Return

Simply email us at support@elmwoodmemorials.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
